The Everlasting BCE0007 is a 7 tray blast chiller and shock freezer made in Italy. It chills 30kg of food from 90°C to 3°C, or freezes 21kg to -18°C, by core probe or by time, with hard and soft cycles for dense or delicate foods, and switches to storage automatically at the end of the cycle. It takes GN 1/1 pans and 600 x 400mm baking trays and is rated for kitchens up to 38°C.
