Tecnodom FAQs
What warranty does Tecnodom equipment have?
Tecnodom blast chillers have a 2 year parts and labour warranty. The Nerone convection and combi ovens have a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Each product page shows its warranty.
Which Tecnodom ovens run on a normal power point?
The TDE-4CD plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet, and the other Nerone EKO convection ovens use a 15 amp outlet. The combi ovens need three-phase power connected by a licensed electrician. The blast chillers all run on a 10 amp plug.
What is the difference between a blast chiller and a fridge?
A fridge holds food that is already cold. A blast chiller brings hot food down from cooking temperature to +3°C, or freezes it to as low as -40°C, in a fraction of the time, which keeps food out of the bacterial danger zone and preserves its texture and flavour.
