The Tecnodom Nerone MID TD-10NE is an Italian-made 10 tray electric combi oven that takes 600 x 400 mm bakery trays or GN 1/1 pans. It cooks by convection with or without water injection, giving restaurants, bakeries and caterers the capacity to roast, bake and steam large batches in one oven.
