Tecnodom DO3EA - 3 Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer, R290, 10A
The Tecnodom DO3EA is a compact, Italian-made blast chiller and shock freezer from the Aladino range, holding three GN 1/1 or 600 x 400 mm trays. It brings cooked food down from +65°C to +3°C, or freezes it, with core-probe cycles to -18°C, -35°C and -40°C, which helps cafes, restaurants and caterers cook ahead safely and keep food quality. It runs on R290 natural refrigerant and plugs into a standard 10 A outlet. The DO5EA and DO10EA are the 5 and 10 tray versions.

Common questions:
What's the difference between blast chilling and shock freezing?
Blast chilling brings hot food down to +3°C quickly for refrigerated storage. Shock freezing takes it to freezing temperatures (-18°C core and below) for frozen storage. The DO3EA does both.
Does it take bakery trays?
Yes. The universal runners suit GN 1/1 grids and 600 x 400 mm trays.
Do I need a drain?
No drain connection is listed. FED describes self-evaporating drainage with no manual condensate disposal, and the condensate tray removes for cleaning.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour (FED).
