The Tecnodom DO20 is a tall 20 tray blast chiller and shock freezer for high-volume kitchens, caterers and food production. It freezes 70 kg of food from 90°C to -18°C in 180 minutes, with programmable deep freezing down to -40°C, and it runs from a 10 A power point.
