The FED Thermaster D14 is an upright reach-in blast chiller and shock freezer that takes 14 x GN 1/1 or 600 x 400mm trays (40mm deep). Built to HACCP specification with a probe controller and fan-forced evaporator, it pulls freshly cooked food down quickly to protect quality and shelf life, and it chills up to 56kg per cycle. It needs a three-phase power supply.
