FED Thermaster D-G7 - 7 Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer
The FED Thermaster D-G7 is a 7 tray blast chiller and shock freezer, 1250mm wide and 850mm high, that brings freshly cooked food down from +70°C to as low as -18°C. Fast blast chilling limits bacterial growth and dehydration, so food keeps its colour, flavour and shelf life. Built to HACCP specification in stainless steel with a probe controller, it runs from a standard 10A plug.
