The FED Thermaster D-GT3 is a compact 3 tray countertop blast chiller and shock freezer with a 33 litre chamber that takes 2/3 GN pans (not included). It brings cooked food down from +70°C to -18°C, is built to HACCP specification in stainless steel with a probe controller, and plugs into a standard 10A outlet, which makes it a good fit for cafés and small kitchens.
