Williams Blast Chiller WMBC320C - 320Kg Roll In Blast Chiller Combi Trolley Compatible 1670mm
The Williams WMBC320C is the highest-capacity roll-in blast chiller in this Williams range, rated to blast chill up to 320 kg of cooked food per 90-minute cycle from two loaded 1/1 or 2/1 GN combi trolleys. It shares the 1670mm wide, 2350mm deep two-trolley chamber of the WMBC240C but is backed by a bigger 25.7 kW refrigeration duty, so it is the one to specify for central production units, large hospitals and food manufacturers that chill the heaviest trolley loads on a tight schedule. Three core probes, a thermal printer for HACCP records and automatic storage mode are all standard. It is a chill-only remote unit; the condensing unit comes from your refrigeration mechanic, and the WMBCF320C adds blast freezing.
Key features:
- Blast chills up to 320 kg of cooked food per 90-minute cycle
- Takes two loaded 1/1 or 2/1 GN mobile racks or combi oven trolleys through a 900mm wide door opening
- Easy Blast 1-2-3 control panel, three steps to start a cycle
- Three core food temperature probes for accurate measurement and control
- Thermal printer stores and prints cycle data for full HACCP compliance
- Automatic defrost at the end of every blast cycle or every six hours
- Switches to storage mode automatically when the cycle ends
- AirSmart airflow design for even chilling across both trolleys without product dehydration
- Modular stainless steel panels delivered flat packed for fast installation

Good to know before you buy:
- Remote refrigeration: the condensing unit is not included and must deliver 25.7 kW at -15°C SST, the largest duty in the range. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs it with pipework and controls, and should check the plant room or roof space can take it. Williams can confirm sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Space: 1670mm wide, 2350mm deep and 2295mm high, plus room in front of the door to wheel two trolleys in and out.
- Power: 415 V three-phase, 20 amp at the control panel, connected by a licensed electrician.
- Installation: delivered flat packed as modular panels, with the evaporator section in one piece, for erection on site by your installer. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Floor and trolleys: no insulated floor on this chill-only model, so no recess is needed. Trolleys are not listed in the standard supply.
Compare similar models:
- Williams WMBCF320C: same two-trolley chamber with blast freezing and an insulated floor
- Williams WMBC240C: same two-trolley chamber rated for 240 kg per cycle, 22.5 kW duty
- Williams WMBC200C: single-trolley chiller, 200 kg per cycle, 1250mm deep
- Williams WMBC120C: single-trolley chiller, 120 kg per cycle
Common questions:
What is the difference between the WMBC240C and the WMBC320C?
The chamber, trolley capacity, door, power supply and running current are the same. Williams rates the WMBC320C for 320 kg per 90-minute cycle with a 25.7 kW refrigeration duty, against 240 kg and 22.5 kW for the WMBC240C, so the condensing unit your mechanic fits is larger.
Does it print HACCP records?
Yes. The thermal printer stores and prints the data from every blast cycle, including core probe temperatures, so each batch has a printed record for audits.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly on site is by your installer, the three-phase power by a licensed electrician and the refrigeration, including the separately supplied condensing unit, by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of invoice, as this remote unit is connected to a separately supplied condensing unit. Warranty repairs must be logged with and authorised by Williams first.
