Good to know before you buy:

• Remote refrigeration: the condensing unit is not included and must deliver 21.0 kW at -15°C SST. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs it with pipework and controls; Williams can confirm sizing. We supply the equipment only.
• Power: 415 V three-phase at the control panel. The Williams data sheet lists a 16 or 20 amp supply with 5.2 to 9.0 A running, so have your licensed electrician confirm the circuit size with Williams before wiring.
• Installation: delivered flat packed as modular panels, with the evaporator section in one piece, for erection on site by your installer. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Floor: as a chill-only model it has no insulated floor, so trolleys roll in at floor level and no recess is needed.
• Trolley: not listed in the standard supply; use your existing 1/1 or 2/1 GN combi trolley or mobile rack.

Is 200 kg really possible from one trolley?
Williams rates the WMBC200C for 200 kg per 90-minute cycle in the single-trolley chamber, based on uncovered dense food such as mashed potato no more than 50mm deep. The higher 21.0 kW refrigeration duty is what separates it from the 90, 120 and 160 kg models in the same size chamber.

Does it come with the condensing unit?
No. Like all Williams roll-in blast chillers it is a remote unit. The chamber, evaporator, control panel and printer are supplied; the condensing unit, pipework and controls come from your refrigeration mechanic.

Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly on site is by your installer, power by a licensed electrician and refrigeration by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.
