The FED Thermaster D-GT3 is a compact 3 tray countertop blast chiller and shock freezer with a 33 litre chamber, a good fit for cafes, small restaurants and dessert kitchens that want to chill food safely in small batches. It brings cooked food from +70°C down to -18°C, is built to HACCP specification in stainless steel with a probe controller, and plugs into a standard 10 A outlet. At just 465mm wide it is the smallest Thermaster blast chiller, with the 7 tray D-G7 and 14 tray D14 above it.

Good to know before you buy:

• Bench space: it needs a sturdy bench at least 465mm wide and 678mm deep. Leave room around it and keep the vents clear so it can release heat.
• What's not included: GN 2/3 pans are not included. Ask us for a price on pans.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
• Access: the carton is about 750 x 500 x 800 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
