The Polaris PTS161L is the biggest reach-in model in the Target Smart range, built for high-volume restaurants, function centres, bakeries and production kitchens. Its 16 tray cabinet chills 68 kg from +90°C to +3°C or freezes 45 kg to -18°C per cycle, taking GN 1/1 or 600 x 400 trays. It shares the 790 x 890 mm footprint of the 12 tray PTS121L but stands taller at 1950 mm, and adds 23 kg of chilling capacity per cycle.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: needs a three-phase supply, connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: the cabinet is 1950 mm tall and 890 mm deep. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check door heights and widths on the way in.
• What's not included: trays and shelves. Stainless steel GN 1/1 and 600 x 400 shelves and a castor kit (RT) are sold separately.
• Airflow: leave room around the unit and keep the grille clear so it can chill efficiently.
