The Polaris Genius GL10 is a 10 tray multifunction blast chiller that does far more than chill. As well as blast chilling 60kg and shock freezing 48kg per cycle, it can thaw, prove, hold and cook at low temperature, and combine these cycles into one program, across a -40°C to +85°C range.
