The Williams Topaz Cake Display HTGH15 is the tall, three-shelf version of the 1500mm Topaz display: 1380mm high, 800mm deep, with three adjustable polycarbonate shelves plus the base for four lit display levels. Heated double-glazed glass on the front, top and sides keeps the view clear, staff serve through argon-filled sliding doors at the rear, and the cabinet holds +2°C to +8°C in a 38°C, 65% humidity environment. Note that this model, like the HTGH18, runs on R448A refrigerant rather than the R290 used by the rest of the range, which is why its code has no HC suffix. It plugs into a 10 amp outlet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 320 kg, 1500mm long, 800mm deep and 1380mm high, shipped in a crate that Williams says needs a forklift to handle. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so organise enough people to uncrate it and roll it inside on its castors, and measure the doorway for the crate.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable, 6.2 A while running. Give it a dedicated outlet.
- Airflow: rear breathing. Leave a gap behind the cabinet and keep the rear vent clear.
- Refrigerant: R448A is a synthetic HFO blend, not a hydrocarbon, which matters if your site has a policy on natural refrigerants.

Common questions:
Why doesn't this model have HC in its code?
Williams uses HC to mark cabinets running on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The HTGH15 and HTGH18 use R448A instead, so they carry no HC suffix.
Is 1380mm too tall for a serving counter?
It depends on your layout. The tall models put the top shelf around eye level, which is great for impulse sales but means staff cannot see over it. Many cafes place the tall display at the end of the counter rather than in the middle.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed beyond uncrating, positioning with a rear gap and plugging into a 10 amp outlet. We supply the equipment only.
