It is an Australian-made single solid door upright freezer that holds -18°C to -22°C in kitchens up to 40°C, with 520 litres of space on four shelves. The insulated solid door makes it the economical choice: it draws 2.1 A and uses 6.42 kWh a day, less than half the 13.92 kWh of the glass door LP1GWHC. It plugs into a 10 amp outlet and runs on R290 refrigerant. The LP1SSHC is the same freezer in stainless steel, and the HP1SWHC is the matching solid door fridge.

Common questions:
Which way does the door open?
The solid door is hinged on the right as standard when you face the freezer. A left-hand hinge can be specified when you order, as it is built in at the factory.
Does it defrost itself?
Yes. Pearl freezers use electric auto defrost, and the vaporiser evaporates the defrost water, so there is nothing to empty and no drain to connect.
Can it run on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can build the Pearl range for remote application, supplied without a condensing unit, with this size rated at 580 W at -30°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. Ask us if you need this version. We supply the equipment only.
