The Yasaki AMS320B-AUTOMATIC is a fully automatic, gear-driven meat slicer with a 320 mm blade that slices frozen meat rolls at 42 cuts a minute. It is ideal for paper-thin frozen meat for hot pot and barbecue restaurants.
