Yasaki HBS-300 - Semi-Auto Meat Slicer, 300mm Blade
The Yasaki HBS-300 is a semi-automatic deli slicer with a 300 mm forged stainless steel blade, slicing from 0.2 to 15 mm for delis, butchers and busy restaurants. It is designed for frozen and cooked meats, not fresh raw meat.
