About Anvil
Anvil is the in-house brand of International Catering Equipment (ICE), one of Australia's long-standing catering equipment suppliers. The range covers the everyday equipment that cafes, bakeries, takeaways, pubs, clubs and caterers rely on, from glass cake and hot food displays at the counter to fryers, ovens, griddles and prep machines in the kitchen.
Much of the cooking range (fryers, griddles, ovens, toasters and pie warmers) is made in South Africa, the refrigeration and display cabinets are made in China, and the mixers and mincer are made in Taiwan. Many models carry ICE's Double Gold Star warranty of 2 years parts and labour.

Anvil FAQs
Who makes Anvil equipment?
Anvil is a brand of International Catering Equipment (ICE), an Australian catering equipment supplier. ICE supplies the parts and arranges warranty service across Australia.
What warranty does Anvil equipment have?
Many Anvil fridges, displays, mixers, slicers and microwaves carry ICE's Double Gold Star warranty of 2 years parts and labour. The benchtop fryers and griddles have the Extended Gold Star warranty of 2 years parts and 1 year labour, and most other items have 12 months. Some smaller items are back to base. The exact warranty is listed on each product page.
Can I plug Anvil equipment into a normal power point?
Most Anvil equipment runs on a standard 10 amp power point. Some larger items need a 15 amp outlet, and the pressure fryer, 60 quart mixer and three-phase conveyor pizza oven need three-phase power. The single-phase conveyor pizza oven is hard-wired. Each product page tells you what is needed.
Are pans included with the displays and ingredient wells?
The countertop ice cream displays come with polycarbonate pans. The gelato display takes 5 litre gelato pans and the ingredient wells take 1/3 size gastronorm pans, which are not supplied.
