Product details
Anvil ICK3501 - Drop-In Induction Cooker 3.5kW
The Anvil ICK3501 is a 3.5 kW induction cooker designed to drop into a benchtop, giving buffets, show kitchens and servery counters a flush cooking zone instead of a loose benchtop unit. You can control it with the touch panel or the control knob, and the controls can sit above or below the counter. It has a stainless steel body and frame with a metal bottom. If you'd rather a cooker that simply sits on the bench, look at the ICK3500 or ICL3500.

- Touch panel and control knob adjustment, mounted above or below the counter

Good to know before you buy:
- Bench cut-out: it needs a hole cut in your bench. Ask us to confirm the exact cut-out size with ICE before you cut, and have a qualified joiner or bench maker do the work.
- Power: it needs a 15 A power outlet, which is different from a standard 10 A outlet. Any new outlet under the bench must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Cookware: use magnetic-based pots and pans; induction won't heat non-magnetic cookware.
Compare similar models:

Common questions:
Where do the controls go?
ICE says the touch panel and control knob can be mounted above or below the counter, so you can hide them under the bench or keep them on top.
What size hole do I cut?
Contact us and we'll confirm the cut-out size from ICE before you start. The unit itself measures 360 W x 380 D x 125 H mm.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The bench cut-out should be done by a qualified tradesperson, and any 15 A outlet must be installed by a licensed electrician.
