Anvil COA1005 - Grande Forni Convection Oven with Steam, 4 Trays
The Anvil COA1005 Grande Forni is the largest oven in Anvil's convection range, taking four full-size gastronorm pans or four 600 x 400mm baking trays. Two heavy-duty reversing fan motors spread the heat, and manual steam injection adds humidity so bread and pastry brown nicely. It suits bakeries, cafes and kitchens that have outgrown the benchtop Prima models, and it runs on a 15 A supply.
