Product details

Anvil COA1001 - Compact Convection Oven, 3 Shelves

The Anvil COA1001 is a compact benchtop convection oven for cafes, kiosks and small kitchens that bake muffins, pastries and reheats in small batches. A single fan with a custom-designed baffle plate spreads heat evenly so products bake on both sides, and it runs from 50°C to 300°C on a 10 A supply. It is the smallest oven in Anvil's range; the Prima COA1003 is larger with four shelves and twin fans.

Key features:

  • One fan with a custom-designed baffle plate for even heat and baking
  • Temperature range of 50°C to 300°C
  • Bake timer and interior light
  • 3 chrome shelves supplied, with 40–70mm runner spacing
  • Stainless steel exterior and interior with rounded inside corners for easy cleaning
  • Inner door glass is easy to remove for cleaning
  • Runs on 10 A power

Specifications:

  • Model: Anvil COA1001
  • Chamber size: 350 W x 260 D x 218 H mm
  • Shelves: 3 chrome shelves, runner space 40–70mm
  • Temperature range: 50°C to 300°C
  • Dimensions: 477 W x 524 D x 428 H mm
  • Weight: 16 kg
  • Power: 240V, 1.2 kW, 10 A

  • Origin: South Africa
  • Packed size for delivery: 590 W x 590 D x 460 H mm

Good to know before you buy:

  • Power: ICE lists it at 1.2 kW, 10 A, so it suits a standard 10 A power point.
  • Chamber size: the cooking chamber is 350 x 260 x 218mm, so it won't take full-size 600 x 400mm baking trays or GN 1/1 pans. Check your trays fit.
  • Bench space: leave room around the oven for ventilation, and keep the top clear.

Compare similar models:

  • Anvil COA1003: Prima, larger chamber (460 x 370 x 350mm), 4 shelves, twin fans
  • Anvil COA1004: Prima Pro with a grill function, 4 shelves
  • Anvil COA1005: Grande Forni with steam, takes 4 x 600 x 400mm trays

Common questions:

How many shelves does it take?
It comes with 3 chrome shelves, and the runners are spaced 40–70mm apart.

Will it run on a normal power point?
Yes. It is rated at 1.2 kW and 10 A.

Is it easy to clean?
The interior is stainless steel with rounded corners, and the inner glass removes easily for cleaning.

Warranty: 12 months, back to base, through ICE, Anvil's Australian distributor. Back to base means that if a warranty fault comes up, the unit is returned to ICE to be assessed, rather than being looked at on site.
