BKI's countertop fry warmer is built in the USA and holds fried food using convected air heating. BKI says this doubles the holding time of fries, chicken tenders and similar foods, keeping them hot and crispy outside and moist inside without drying out or going limp. The warmer is made from stainless steel and has an automatic safety cut-off to prevent overheating. Its pan, filter and dividers lift out for cleaning.
