Perfect Fry makes self-contained automatic deep fryers, built in the USA, with a 30-year history in Australia. The fryers are certified to operate without a canopy. Each one has in-built fire suppression and in-built air filtration to remove frying smells, so no hood, canopy or external venting is needed. Cooking is automated, with programs for different menu items and quantities, which suits sites that want to sell fried food without a full commercial kitchen. Do Perfect Fry fryers need a canopy or exhaust?

Perfect Fry says its fryers are certified to operate without a canopy, thanks to in-built fire suppression and air filtration, so no hood or external venting is needed. Before you order, check with your landlord, building manager or local council that ventless frying suits your site.

What power supply do Perfect Fry fryers need?

The PFC 5700 is 5kW and draws 22 amps at 240V. The PFA 7200 is 7.2kW and draws 30 amps at 240V. Neither runs from a standard 10 amp power point. Both come with a power lead but no plug, so a licensed electrician must connect them to a suitable circuit. We supply the equipment only.

Which Perfect Fry model should I choose?

The PFC 5700 is the compact model, 455mm wide and 535mm deep with 8 litres of oil, and suits most sites. The PFA 7200 is the same width but 760mm deep. It holds 11 litres of oil, cooks up to 20kg of product per hour and loads and dispenses food automatically, so it suits busier sites.

What is in the Perfect Fry accessory kit?

Each kit has a metal conical oil filter, an oil container, 50 oil filter papers, heat resistant gloves and a gastronorm chip catch tray. There is a kit for each fryer, so choose the one that matches your model.
