Bottene FAQs
Which pasta machine should I choose?
For a small restaurant making pasta in batches, the PM35 (3.5kg of flour per batch) or PM50 (5kg) sit on a bench. For larger restaurants and small pasta makers, the PM80 (15 to 17kg an hour) and PM96 (25 to 30kg an hour) come on their own stands. The Lillodue suits light use, and the manual torchio suits small batches and display cooking.
Which dies are included?
Every machine comes with dies. On the PM35 and PM50 you choose die pack 1 (spaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni and lasagne) or die pack 2 (smooth rigatoni, cocciolette, fusilli and casarecce) when you order. Extra dies are available to order. Contact us and we'll arrange them.
What power do they need?
The Lillodue, PM35, PM50 and ravioli machine run on single-phase 240V power. The PM80 comes in 240V single-phase or 400V three-phase, and the PM96 needs 400V three-phase power, connected by a licensed electrician. The torchio needs no power.
What warranty applies?
Bottene machines have a 12 month warranty, back to base for the torchio and Lillodue.
