Thermoplan FAQs

Which Black&White4 model should I choose?

Choose by volume and how you serve milk. The CTM models texture milk automatically, with dual milk and cold foam on most models; the CTS2 and Competizione add a steam wand for baristas; the Compact suits smaller counters; and the TwinTower doubles output for the busiest venues.

What power and water do Thermoplan machines need?

Full-size Black&White4 machines need a dedicated 32 amp single phase circuit (two for the TwinTower), a mains water connection and a drain. The Compact runs on 15 amp. Installation should be done by a licensed electrician and plumber.
