The Thermoplan Black&White4 CTS2 combines automatic shots with hand-textured milk. Two grinders and Intelligent Shot Quality take care of grinding and extraction, up to 240 espressos an hour, while your barista steams milk in a jug on the integrated steam wand, just like a traditional espresso machine. It suits specialty cafes that want consistent coffee at volume without giving up latte art. Unlike the CTM models, it has no automatic milk system, powder unit or built-in fridge.

• Power: needs a 32 A single-phase supply, which must be installed and connected by a licensed electrician.
• Water and drain: needs a mains water connection (3/8 inch, 30–60 psi) and a drain, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Milk: milk is steamed by hand on the wand, so keep a milk fridge close to the machine.
• Bench: 412 x 600 mm footprint and 67 kg. Delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Common questions:

Does it make cappuccinos automatically?
No. The CTS2 makes the coffee automatically, and milk is textured by hand on the steam wand. For one-touch milk drinks, look at the CTM models.

Can my team still do latte art?
Yes. Steaming milk on the wand gives baristas full control of the texture, while the machine keeps the shots consistent.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
