The Thermoplan Black&White4 CTM2PRL is the all-in-one version of the BW4 range: two grinders, a powder unit and a 9 litre milk fridge built into a single Swiss-made machine. Press a button and it grinds, extracts and textures milk, making up to 240 espressos or 140 cappuccinos an hour, with Dual Milk and Cold Foam for plant-based and iced drinks. It suits busy cafes, hotels, staff canteens and self-serve venues. It is the CTM2P with the fridge added, which takes the width from 412 mm to 692 mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: needs a 32 A single-phase supply, installed and connected by a licensed electrician.
• Water and drain: needs a 3/8 inch mains water connection at 30–60 psi and a drain, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Counter space: the machine and fridge together take 692 x 600 mm of bench and weigh 90 kg, so make sure your counter is strong enough.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Plan help to lift it onto the counter.

Common questions:

Can it make iced coffee?
Yes. Cold Foam lets it make cold milk foam for iced drinks.

Can I offer dairy and plant-based milk?
Yes. The fridge holds two separate milks, and Dual Milk lets you use both at once with their own settings.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
