Anvil APF0800 - Electric Pressure Fryer 25L, 3 Phase
Built for chicken shops, fast food outlets and takeaways that fry in volume, the Anvil APF0800 is an electric pressure fryer with a 25 litre oil tank and a digital control panel that stores 10 product menus. The fully welded tank has a built-in oil filter pump, and a melt cycle gives a safe start-up, while programmable reminders tell your staff when to change the oil and clean. At 13.5 kW on 400V three-phase power it is a big step up from Anvil's 240V benchtop fryers, and it must be connected by a licensed electrician.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it runs on 400V three-phase power and comes without a plug. It must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: the fryer is 545mm wide, 1000mm deep and 1218mm high, and weighs 165 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check doorways and corners on the way to your kitchen.
- Ventilation: like any commercial fryer, place it under suitable kitchen exhaust ventilation.
- What's included: one open basket, one multi-level basket and 100 filter papers.
