The Anvil MGT3012 is a heavy-duty No.12 meat mincer made in Taiwan, rated for up to 130 kg of mince an hour. It comes ready for work with four mincing plates (4.5, 6, 9 and 12mm), three knives and a sausage filler funnel with spacer, so butchers, delis, restaurants and burger bars can mince and fill sausages from day one. It has forward and reverse functions and a stainless steel safety guard.
