Clean, square glass is the look of the Atosa DF097F, a 900mm upright cake showcase for cafes and patisseries that want a modern, boxy look on the counter line. It holds 0°C to +8°C in rooms up to 43°C and displays 290 litres of cakes and desserts over three levels, with LED lighting and heated glass. It stands 1200mm high, lower than the curved glass DF097D (1350mm, 4 levels), and is the smallest of the four DF square showcases.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed, it is 960 x 800 x 1320mm and 232 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check doorways and arrange help.
• Before switching on: keep it upright. If it was tilted in handling, stand it for 24 hours, then run it empty for 2 hours before loading.
• Power: plug it into its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: allow at least 200mm from walls and other objects, out of direct sun and away from heat.

The glass heater is switched off by default to save power. Turn it on in humid weather and it will clear the fogging.
