The Atosa MROS-2RE is a double tier overshelf made to suit Atosa's single-door prep fridges: the MSF8301 sandwich prep fridge and the MSF8305 mega top noodle bar. It adds two shelves above the prep area for containers, sauces and smallwares, keeping the bench clear for work. It is made from 18 gauge 430 grade stainless steel and rated to carry 150 lb (about 68 kg).
