The Saltas MPB0020 gives a pizzeria a cool granite work surface for stretching and topping bases, with 2 doors of refrigerated storage underneath. It is stainless steel inside and out, with fan-forced cooling from a cassette refrigeration system, automatic defrost and a 200mm high splashback along the back of the granite top. At 1500mm wide it is the compact model of the Saltas pizza range; the MPB0030 adds a third door and the MPB0026 adds ambient dough drawers, both at 2025mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: with the granite top it weighs 296 kg, and it comes packed at 1540 x 840 x 1070 mm. Check your doorways and plan enough people to move it. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
• Castors: ICE's photos show it on legs, but it is supplied on castors.
• Topping unit: ICE lists it as suitable for a VRX refrigerated topping unit. Ask us if you want one to go on top.
• Power: runs on 240V and is rated at 0.3 kW.

No. The doors are self-closing but not reversible, so check the layout works for your kitchen.
