Busy pizzerias get more refrigerated storage and a longer granite bench with the Saltas MPB0030. Three self-closing doors open onto adjustable shelves for 600 x 400mm trays, under a 2025mm granite worktop with a 200mm high splashback. It is built like the 2 door MPB0020, in stainless steel with fan-forced cassette cooling and automatic defrost, but with a third door; choose the MPB0026 instead if you want ambient drawers in place of some refrigerated space.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the packed unit is 2065mm long and 840mm deep and weighs about 300 kg, so measure doorways and corners and plan enough people. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
