Atosa's three-door prep fridges, the 1846mm MSF8304 sandwich prep fridge and MSF8308 mega top noodle bar, take the MROS-6RE double tier overshelf. It gives a busy prep line two levels of storage overhead for containers, sauces and smallwares. It is made from 18 gauge 430 grade stainless steel and has the highest weight rating in the MROS sandwich bar range, 250 lb (about 113 kg).
