The Atosa WDF177Z is the largest cake showcase in this Atosa line-up: 1700mm of square glass, four tiers and 730 litres of chilled display. It is built for high-volume bakeries, patisseries and buffet service, holding 0°C to +8°C with LED lighting and heated anti-fog glass. It offers 130 litres more than the curved glass DF177D at the same width, and 160 litres more than the 3 level DF177F.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: this is a heavy unit: 423 kg packed, 1760mm wide and 1500mm high. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so arrange a team and equipment, and check every doorway.
• Before use: if it was tilted, stand it upright for 24 hours before switching on, then run it empty for 2 hours.
• Power: give it its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: keep at least 200mm from walls and other objects, out of direct sun and away from heat.

How much weight can the shelves take?
Each shelf takes up to 30 kg, according to Atosa's manual.

Does the glass stay clear?
The glass has a heater to clear condensation. It is off by default to save power, so switch it on in humid weather.

What power does it need?
It is rated at 950W on 220–240V single-phase power. Use an earthed socket dedicated to the cabinet.
