The Baker Max EP-1T is a compact countertop pizza oven for cafés, bars, takeaways and small kitchens that want to add pizza without a full-size deck oven. It has a ceramic stone hearth, a 50–350°C thermostat and a 60-minute bell timer, and it runs from a standard 10 A power point.
