Baker Max HX-14EP - 14in Electric Conveyor Pizza Oven, 15A
The Baker Max HX-14EP is the smallest conveyor oven in the Baker Max range, a compact benchtop unit with a 14 inch (356 mm) belt for cafes, bars and takeaways adding pizza to the menu. Durable quartz heaters with separate top and bottom EGO thermostats let you balance the base and topping, and pizzas come out consistently without turning or timing each one. Unlike the larger HX models, which need a 28 A single-phase or a three-phase supply, it plugs into a 15 A power point.
Key features:
- 14 inch (356 mm) belt with adjustable conveyor speed
- Durable quartz heating elements
- Separate top and bottom temperature control with EGO thermostats
- Adjustable locking plates at both ends to keep heat in
- Crumb trays at both ends for easy cleaning
- Stainless steel body, adjustable legs and control knobs
- Plugs into a 15 A power point

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 15 A power point, which has a wider earth pin than a standard 10 A outlet. If you don't have one, a licensed electrician can install it. We supply the equipment only.
- Trays: FED recommends black pizza trays for best results.
- Access: at 32 kg and packed at about 910 x 580 x 460 mm, it is easy to carry in from the tailgate truck at the front of your premises.
Compare similar models:
- Baker Max HX-1E: larger 358 mm belt, about 16 x 30 cm pizzas per hour, single-phase 28 A
- Baker Max HX-1/3NE: the same larger oven for three-phase power
- Baker Max HX-2E: 505 mm belt for about 20 x 46 cm pizzas per hour, stand included
- Baker Max EP-1T: countertop stone deck pizza oven on a 10 A plug
Common questions:
Will it plug into a normal power point?
It needs a 15 A outlet, not a standard 10 A one. Many commercial kitchens already have them; if not, ask a licensed electrician.
Can I set the top and bottom heat separately?
Yes. The top and bottom quartz elements each have their own EGO thermostat, and the belt speed is adjustable.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. There is a crumb tray at each end, and the body is stainless steel.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour.
