Baker Max HX-1/3NE - Electric Conveyor Pizza Oven, 16 Pizzas per Hour, Three Phase
The Baker Max HX-1/3NE is a benchtop electric conveyor oven that bakes about sixteen 30 cm pizzas an hour, with simple mechanical knobs for heat and belt speed. Pizzas cook as they ride through the 60 mm tunnel, so staff don't need to turn or time each one. It is the three-phase version of the HX-1E: the same oven and belt, but drawing 8 A per phase on 415V instead of 28 A on single-phase.
Key features:
- Output of about 16 pizzas per hour at 300 mm diameter
- Conveyor belt 1080 mm overall x 358 mm wide, with 60 mm tunnel clearance
- Variable belt speed with simple mechanical knobs
- One switch changes the belt direction
- Safe-to-touch, fan-cooled exterior
- Economical to run
- Suits small or large volumes and sits on a bench

Common questions:
Should I choose the HX-1/3NE or the HX-1E?
If your shop has three-phase power, the HX-1/3NE spreads the load at 8 A. The HX-1E runs on single-phase but needs a 28 A supply.
How big a pizza fits through?
The belt is 358 mm wide with a 60 mm tunnel clearance. FED rates its output on 300 mm pizzas.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician in your area.
