Which pizza dough roller do I need?

The DMA310-1 suits bases from 14 to 30 cm. The DSA420RP and DSAT420 handle 26 to 40 cm bases, and the DSA500RP goes up to 45 cm. The DSAT420 starts automatically when dough is fed in and stops on a timer.

Do Prismafood machines need three-phase power?

The dough rollers, PF-PO300 divider and TP4-44 proofer run on single-phase power. The AR300P rounder, PRA33 press and TP-2 deck ovens need three-phase power, and the PMG-9 runs on natural gas.

What warranty does Prismafood equipment have?

Most Prismafood equipment has a 2 year parts and labour warranty. The DMA310-1 has a 2 year return-to-base warranty and the TP4-44 proofer has 1 year parts and labour. Each product page shows its warranty.
