The Prismafood DSA500RP is the largest of the Prismafood dough rollers, shaping family-size pizza bases up to 45 cm from 220 to 900 g of dough. A foot pedal keeps both hands free, the thickness is set from 0 to 4 mm, and thermal protection guards the motor. Choose it over the DSA420RP when your menu includes pizzas bigger than 40 cm.
