The Prismafood PF-PO300 divides and rounds pizza dough automatically from a 30 kg hopper, turning out up to 700 dough balls an hour of 50 to 280 g each. It comes with its own workstation stand and runs on a single-phase 10 A supply, ideal for busy pizzerias and bakeries.
