The Baker Max ADR-350P rounds dough pieces from 50 g to 350 g into consistent, even balls for pizza bases, bread rolls, cakes and pies, with far less handling than rounding by hand. Ten speeds and a non-stick auger cope with wet doughs up to 70% hydration, and it runs from a standard 10 A power point.
