The Prismafood PMG-9 is a gas-fired single deck pizza and bakery oven with a large 920 x 920 mm stone sole that bakes nine 30 cm pizzas at a time at up to 400°C. It suits pizzerias without three-phase power or that prefer cooking with gas.
