Baron Q70BR/E80 - Queen 7 Electric Bratt Pan 60L
The Baron Q70BR/E80 is a 60 litre electric tilting bratt pan from the Queen 7 range. Sear, shallow fry, braise and stew in one well, then tilt it forward to pour out the batch.
Features and specifications:
- 60 litre pan with manual tilting
- Adjustable temperature from 100 to 280°C
- Self-balanced double-walled lid
- Safety cut-out when the pan is tilted
- IPX5 water-jet rated knobs
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction
- Part of the Baron Queen 7 (700mm deep) modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 7 units
