The Baron Q90CP/E800 is a heavy-duty electric pasta cooker from the Queen 9 range with two independent 40 litre tanks in marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel. It suits pasta, noodles, dumplings and blanching in high volumes. Baskets are sold separately.

- Two 40 litre cooking tanks, AISI 316 stainless steel with rounded corners
- Wide foam expansion area and starch drain
- Safety thermostat stops the tank running dry
- Stainless steel armoured heating elements in the tank
- Multi-position power regulator for each tank
- Cold water connection 3/4 inch and 1 inch drain
- IPX5 water-jet rated knobs, safe to wash down
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction with Scotch-Brite finish
- Part of the Baron Queen 9 (900mm deep) heavy-duty modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 9 units
- Baskets not included. Optional basket kits: 9A (6 x 1/6), 9B (3 x 1/3), 9C (2 x 1/2); lid, bottom grid and splashback also available
