Baron Q90SG/E403P - Queen 9 Electric Chargrill 400mm
The Baron Q90SG/E403P packs a single-zone electric chargrill into a 400mm wide, 900mm deep Queen 9 module. With 8.4 kW behind one reversible cast iron grate and temperatures up to 350°C, it has more power than the 5.2 kW Queen 7 E403P of the same width. It is a neat way to add a grill section to a Queen 9 line in a restaurant or hotel kitchen without gas.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: 8.4 kW on three-phase power. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Ventilation: chargrilling produces smoke and grease, so plan for a suitable exhaust canopy.
- Mounting: it is a bench model. A 400mm Queen 9 floor stand (90CAV4) or open cabinet (90VA400) is available to suit.
- Access: the packed unit is 440mm wide and 1020mm deep. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Common questions:
Is it suitable for fish as well as meat?
Yes. The cast iron grate is reversible for meat or fish, and Baron also offers stainless steel grates (Q92GTI rod grate, Q92GI grid) for this size.
Can I add a smoker or humidifier?
Yes. The Queen 9 smoker kit (Q9AF) and a 400mm electric grill humidifier kit (Q9KU4E) are available. Ask us for prices.
