Baron Q90TP/G800 - Queen 9 Gas Target Top 800mm

The Baron Q90TP/G800 is a heavy-duty bench-top gas target top (solid top) from the Queen 9 range. A 14 kW central burner heats a brushed cast iron plate to about 500°C in the middle, cooler towards the edges, so you can sear, boil, simmer and hold several pots at once.

• Safety valve with thermocouple and progressive flame adjustment
• IPX5 water-jet rated knobs, safe to wash down

• Part of the Baron Queen 9 (900mm deep) heavy-duty modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 9 units
• Optional, sold separately: Queen 9 floor stand or open cabinet, rear splashback
• Gas: 50.4 MJ/h, 3/4 inch connection
