Benchstar AT-936E - Electric Salamander Grill with Timer, 2kW
The Benchstar AT-936E is a benchtop electric salamander for cafes, pubs and small kitchens. Use it for toasting, browning, melting cheese and finishing plates under a stainless steel top element, with an infinite control and a 15 minute timer with bell. At 2 kW and 280mm high it is the lowest-profile model in the AT-93 series and runs on a standard 10 A plug, while the AT-937E steps up to an 800mm, 4 kW hard-wired model.

- Benchtop only: FED states this model cannot be wall mounted, so plan bench space of about 630 x 320 mm.

Common questions:
Can I mount it on the wall?
No. FED states the AT-936E is for benchtop use only and cannot be wall mounted.
Does it toast both sides at once?
No. It has a top element only, which suits browning, melting and toasting from above. For top and bottom toasting, look at the QT-1 or AT-360BE.
What plug does it need?
A standard 240V 10 A power point. It is rated at 2 kW.
