The Benchstar GH-610E is a 610mm heavy-duty electric griddle for busy cafes, takeaways and restaurant kitchens. Its 6 kW elements sit under a 12mm polished mild steel plate measuring 606 x 400mm, with two control knobs, and FED rates it for quick heating and fast recovery. Because it draws 25 A, it is hard-wired by a licensed electrician rather than plugged in. Step up to the GH-760E for a 760mm plate on three-phase power.
