The Benchstar MD-1000L is a light-duty commercial microwave for cafes, staff kitchens, food vans and small takeaways. It has a stainless steel cabinet and cavity built for commercial use, a 25 litre cavity that takes a 305mm (12 inch) platter, and 100 programmable settings so every staff member reheats a dish the same way. It is the entry model of the Benchstar range: the MD-1400 steps up to 1400 W and a bigger cavity, and the MD-1800 adds barcode scan-to-cook.
